Marmalade Buns 
Recipe Name Marmalade Buns

Ingredients 2 oz butter
4 oz flour
2 oz sugar
1/4 tsp bicarbonate of soda
Pinch of salt
2 tsps marmalade
1/2 an egg
Milk to mix 
Preparation 1. Pre heat the oven to 205C

2. Rub the flour and butter together. Add the other ingredients, mixing with the egg and enough milk to give a soft mixture.

3. Put mixture into greased bun tins and bake for about 20 mins, until the buns are firm to the touch.
